Ex 4 - Light Mix Activation
Instruction
Using the hard consonant “G”, in combination with the narrow vowels “oo” and “ee”, sing with a slightly lowered larynx position and produce a dopey, hooty affected sound in your voice.
The hard consonant “g” serves to naturally close your vocal cords for a clean, sure attack, and also to relieve any lift that might habitually occur in the larynx.
The narrow “oo” vowel provides release to the tone by providing a relaxed throat shape and giving you easy access to your higher vocal registers for increased freedom and agility.
